The Venue

The Elgar Centre is a modern venue with state of the art facilities. It comprises of a large welcoming foyer, large hall, meeting room, fully equipped kitchen and an office for use by the centre manager, grounds staff and local PCSOs. Below this are changing rooms, showers and a groundsman/referee room.

The centre has been designed to meet the most demanding of community, sports and commercial user requirements. Adjacent to The Elgar Centre are playing fields, which are currently dedicated to supporting Community Grassroots Football . The centre has its own dedicated car park and there is an additional nearby car park for sports teams. If you're interested in space on the playing fields please contact bookings@elgarcentre.co.uk

We can accommodate ad-hoc bookings for parties, Christenings, and other social events; meetings, conferences or training sessions; or set up a new regular booking for private clubs and groups such as exercise and dance classes, children's clubs, and many more.

Central Foyer Area

Room B: Central Foyer Area - Spacious, relaxed area for informal meetings and gatherings (90 sq m).

Oak Room

Room C: Oak Room - Large hall, brilliant for exercise classes, children's parties, corporate training sessions and presentations (12m x 8.9m 107 sq m). Standing Capacity 80/100 people.
